How does body4life Personal Training work?

body4life Personal Training follows a unique, structured 3-stage process.

Stage 1: Your Personal Training starts with a free health, medical, lifestyle and fitness consultation, including a detailed health profile, where your Personal Trainer discusses your current lifestyle, nutrition and exercise goals with you.

Stage 2: Next, your current fitness levels are comprehensively assessed via the body4life foundationFITNESS Body Assessment. In addition to a full musculo-skeletal evaluation; blood pressure, resting heart rate and body composition tests are also conducted. Throughout the assessment, all your results are fully explained to you in detail.

Stage 3: The results of Stage 1 and Stage 2 are assessed and combined to create your unique, personalised, one-to-one training sessions. Your progress is continually assessed during each session as your Personal Trainer helps you progress towards your goals.

The unique skill of your body4life Personal Trainer is their ability to correctly match the intensity of your session to you and your fitness levels, so that you achieve maximum gains each and every workout.
