body4life Q & A

Q. How can I be sure that body4life Personal Training is
for me?

A. body4life personal training is a unique experience. Fully qualified and catering for all levels of health and fitness, body4life offers a comprehensive range of professional services to help you attain your health and fitness goals, whatever your current health and fitness levels.

Q. If I have a medical condition or injury am I excluded from Personal Training?

A. No. body4life Personal Trainers are qualified and experienced in training people with Arthritis, Asthma, Diabetes, Hypertension, Multiple Sclerosis, Osteoporosis and pre & post natal pregnancy and we discuss any concerns with you during your Lifestyle Consultation. We are also very experienced in assessing injuries and rehabilitating Clients back to full fitness.

Q. How do you know what exercises or type of nutrition plan I need?

A. Before you start working with your body4life Personal Trainer, you have a comprehensive consultation, which includes a detailed health & lifestyle profile, followed by the unique body4life foundationFITNESS Body Assessment. From that information, your Personal Trainer creates your unique, tailored personal training sessions.

Q. Is the body4life FoundationFITNESS Assessment tough?

A. No, there's absolutely nothing to worry about. Through a combination of specific non-invasive functional tests, your Personal Trainer builds up a detailed picture of your current fitness levels. For the tests, the most exercise you will be doing is walking around the assessment room for a minute or two.

Q. Will my Personal Trainer do every exercise with me?

A. It depends on the exercise. Sometimes it is critical that we monitor and help you with your technique, which can't be done when your Personal Trainer is exercising too. At other times we will do exercises together, like assisted stretches, running, etc.

Q. What qualifications do body4life Personal Trainers hold?

A. All body4life Personal Trainers are fully qualified graduates of the prestigious Premier Training International Diploma in Personal Training. The Diploma in Personal Training is accredited by the Register of Exercise Professionals at the highest level (Level 3). They are also qualified as Nutritional Advisors, Injury Therapists and Fitness Instructors.

Q. I'm concerned that working with a body4life Personal Trainer will be too difficult?

A. Nothing could be further from the truth. body4life caters for all levels of fitness and the whole body4life concept is about matching your current fitness levels to your goals. We will support and help you move towards your goals safely and effectively.
